Meet the Team

We recognize that all our patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.

We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.

Front Office

Marketing Director and Patient Account Representative

I enjoy showing current and future patients the more entertaining side of our practice through social media. Helping people learn that dental care isn’t something to worry about, and putting a human face on what we do, is great for creating a positive image of our field. In addition to coordinating marketing for our office, I also handle accounts payable, account collections, and insurance follow-up.

Outside the office, my husband and I enjoy spending our weekends rock crawling in the mountains. I’m a welder and fabricator by night. We have a Labrador, Cash, who keeps us active and outside a lot of the time, and I have the best stepson and nieces in the world!

Patient Care Coordinator

The best part of my job is spending time getting to know the people we care for, and building relationships and friendships. I love how our focus is always on creating a positive experience for our patients, and how our team functions so well together to deliver that experience. Some of my duties include scheduling, statements, and insurance.

When I’m not work, I’m probably spending time with my two wonderful children, who keep me busy with baseball and basketball. We enjoy going to Braves games and attending our hometown high school football games, too.

Dental Assistants

It is a joy to me to meet new people and to care for them during dental treatment.  Since joining Dawsonville Distinctive Dentistry in June of 2015, I was immediately part of a wonderful, loving dental team. I assist Dr. Manzur daily with our with our patients, check lab cases and help other members of our dental team.  I Graduated from Lanier Techincal College, August of 2014.  I am married with two beautiful daughters. My family and I enjoy getting out and enjoying the outdoors.

Dental Assistant

It’s a great feeling to see patients with healthy teeth and gums. There’s nothing better than to see a happy smile on someone’s face, and to know you’ve helped put it there. Each of our patients, and their oral health, is important to us, and we do everything we can to make sure they’re smiling at the end of a visit. I assist our patients during treatment to make sure they are comfortable. I also set up rooms, sterilize our instruments and equipment, and take dental X-rays.

I thank God every day for all his blessings

Dental Hygienists

The people we care for are the highlight of my job and why I look forward to coming to work each morning. The conversations we have, the bonds we form, and the way we learn from each other, are all amazing. I love smiling and laughing with our patients while I clean their teeth, perform soft tissue management, take X-rays, and provide patient education. Our patients are like family to us, and that’s a great feeling.

Georgia born, I’m married and have a beautiful daughter, as well as a dog and a cat. I enjoy volunteering at Browns Bridge Community Church in preschool ministry, gardening and anything else outdoors, and everything related to health and fitness.

Registered Dental Hygienist

I really enjoy educating our patients about their oral hygiene and then watching their teeth and gums get healthier at every visit as they put their knowledge into practice. Forming relationships with each person helps me learn how to help them best when it comes to finding home-care solutions that are right for their lifestyle and oral hygiene needs. In addition to patient education, I also clean teeth, take X-rays, and apply fluorides, varnishes, and sealants.

My high school sweetheart and I were married in 2006 and we have two daughters. I love traveling, singing, and arts and crafts; and enjoy spending time with my family. I also have a love for anything in the medical field.

The personal relationships I have with our patients, and the attachments we’ve formed, are the best part of my work. I’ve been at our practice since 1997, so I’ve had the opportunity to meet and care for so many amazing people, and become a part of their life as they become a part of mine. I provide preventive care, teach people how to maintain good oral health, and clean their teeth. I take dental X-rays and apply sealants and fluoride to help protect teeth, as well.

Originally from Dawson County, I now live in White County with my wonderful husband Jerry and our two beautiful children, Tyler and Kaylie. We own and operate a dairy farm, love being outdoors, and enjoy spending time with our family and friends. Of course, we’re big Bulldog fans, too!

I joined the dental field 16 years ago because I enjoy meeting new people and making them more confident with themselves. Our office works as a team and each of us have a genuine passion for the individual care of each patient.  Dr. Manzur is a wonderful dentist and boss, which is why I have been a part of this team since 2007.

I’ve been married to my husband Justin for 7 years and we have boy/girl twins; Eli and Ella.  I love anything outdoors especially hiking and the lake.  When I’m not working for Dr. Manzur, I am teaching full time at Lanier Technical College’s dental hygiene program.  I’m thankful to have the opportunity to be able to work in both areas of the profession.
