We are pleased that you have selected us to help with your dental care.  We want you to know that we pride ourselves in making dentistry a pleasant experience for you.   Our commitment is to provide " Gentle and Relaxed Dental Care for the Entire Family".  At all times your comfort, appearance and dental health will be kept in mind.  If treatment is indicated, we will try to provide ptimum dental health in as few appointments as necessary to be considerate of your time.  Estimated fees will be presented to you along with the treatment plan, and method of payment will be discussed.

Below you will find a link to your New Patient Forms and Smile Consultation.  Please print and fill these forms out and bring with you to your first visit.  If you have dental insurance, please bring your dental insurance card.   Your first visit to Dawsonville Distinctive Dentistry you will have a Comprehensive Exam done by the doctor of your choice, Diagnostic X-rays, if needed, and professional teeth cleaning.  To understand what to expect, please read through this page. Insurance
We will gladly process your insurance claim, however, Dr. Michelle Morrow and Dr. R. Matthew Dunford are not part of any insurance networks.  This means that we would be considered Out-of-Network by your insurance company,  if you have a PPO, HMO, or POS plan or any plan in which you must choose from a list of providers.  We will estimate you deductible and your patient portion not covered by your insurance.   The estimated  amount not covered by your insurance is due at the time of treatment and may be paid by any one of the options listed below.  The esitmated portions will vary depending on your insurance company and policy, thus we will try to be as accurate as possible.

Your insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company.  We are not a party to that contract.  Because this is a contract between you and your insurance company, it is your responsibility to resolve payment problems with your insurance and to know what is covered by your insurance company and when you calendar year ends and what your yearly maximum is.

Driving Directions
We're located about 7 miles west of GA-400 and the Premium Outlet Mall. From GA-400, take Hwy 53 west about 6.5 miles until you come to a three-way stop. Turn Left and pass the famous Dawsonville Pool Room on the left. Enter the traffic circle and continue on 53 West out the other side. We're less than a mile on the right, in a red brick building.
